Evening was falling over Mokry Bay when when a loud sound echoed thorugh the village. The townspeople would come to find that this sound was coming from the recently built Mokry Block studio, which had been built to pilot a video news program. It was purported that the debris had the appearence of gravel, as if the roof itself was never meant to be. An investigation was launched into the collapse, and the reports will be releasing soon.
The Report Surrouding the collapse was released and its findings comfirm the fears of many. Indeed, the roof was simply not a sound construction. The Report states the following:
"Parsing through the rubble, identified as improperly moisturized concrete, the investigation team found not iron reinforcements, as per the blueprints submitted to the county, but a system built of tripwire hooks and string.
The roof cannot be considered a legittimate completion of the blueprints, nor could the building be considered suitable for any purpose until a compliant roof is installed.
Fines should be issued to the following parties: 1) The person(s) responsible for installing the roof, 2) The peson(s) responsible for centifying the installation, and 3) The inspector's office who signed off on the structure."
The studio will be rebuilt with new blueprints that will be submitted to the Mokry Constructions Office.
